Hasan Özçelik graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University, and the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University.
He completed his master’s degrees (in English) in the Department of Finance at Istanbul University and in the Department of International Economic Policy and Business at Beykent University.
He earned his Ph.D. degrees from the Departments of Public Administration and Business Administration at Marmara University.
