Dr. Karageyim’s recent publications include articles in the International Journal of Bank Marketing and the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, as well as book chapters on AI in service marketing and sustainability. Her latest works examine anthropomorphism and trust in financial robo-advisory services, relationship marketing strategies in banking after the pandemic, and the role of marketing in the Anthropocene era. Her research also contributes to the understanding of responsible consumption and circular economy practices in service contexts.

Before joining academia, Dr. Karageyim held senior managerial roles in leading financial institutions including BNP Paribas TEB, Finansbank, and Finans Invest, where she led projects on affluent banking, investment products, and digital transformation. She currently teaches courses in digital marketing, consumer behavior, AI in banking, and financial services marketing at Boğaziçi University and has previously lectured at universities in Paris, Lille, and Istanbul.

Her ongoing projects at CARF focus on AI in financial services, customer experience innovation, and gender differences in financial technology adoption.
