The scope of the work undertaken comprised the following:
• Conduct a partial site visit to operation areas of the Company, as well as the operational headquarters in Tekirdağ.
• Review of available environmental, health and safety (EHS) documents provided during and following the site visit.
• Undertake an EHS management review and analysis for the Site.
The purpose of the due diligence assessment was to evaluate environmental conditions of the Site against Turkish
environmental and safety legislation, in consideration of:
• Compliance of current operations, processes and equipment with the relevant legislation and applicable environmental
permits/licenses; and
• Liquidation of equipment intended for production (gas and oil wells, mud sludge from drilling, if any, or any other sludge
used for drilling and production facilities, flowlines, gathering & processing stations, pipelines, etc.).
