IHIC İstanbul İkitelli Uluslararası Sağlık Hizmetleri Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. (IHIC) was awarded by the Ministry of Health for
the design, construction, operation, equipping and maintenance of the health campus. As IHIC was seeking financing from
multinational financial institutions including export credit agencies to fund the development of the Project. an ESIA study was
undertaken to meet the requirements of the potential lenders. The ESIA study followed IFC requirements and included
collecting necessary baseline information including soil and groundwater investigation, preparation of an environmental,
health and safety legal register, followed by impact assessment and identification of mitigation measures. The ESIA study is
currently under review by the lenders
