Within the project, the environmental performance of selected haircare product formulations was assessed across their full life cycle using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. The analysis covered key stages including raw material sourcing, formulation, packaging, distribution, and consumer use phases, taking into account different usage patterns and consumer behaviors. The project aimed to evaluate and report the environmental impacts of the company’s haircare product portfolio, identify hotspots contributing to carbon and water footprints, and provide recommendations for improving product sustainability, packaging design, and environmentally responsible product use.
