Within the scope of the project, it was aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of professionals working in the food sector, as well as vocational high school students who are expected to take part in the sector in the future, regarding waste management practices. Throughout the project, contributions were made to the dissemination of zero-waste management practices in the food sector across partner countries, and studies were conducted to improve waste management systems in selected sub-sectors. In this context, sustainable approaches such as reuse, recycling, repair, rethink, and waste reduction were promoted through CP methodology applications and site visits, thereby contributing to raising awareness among relevant stakeholders.
